Duckhorse Events — Ticket Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to tickets you buy for events produced by Duckhorse Limited (trading as Duckhorse Events) ("we", "us"). The specific event, its date, venue and any event-specific conditions (including age and entry rules) are shown on that event's listing (the Event). By buying a ticket you agree to these terms.

1. Tickets and pricing. Ticket prices and any booking or payment fees are shown at checkout. Prices may change over time (for example between release tiers); the price that applies is the one shown when you buy.

2. Payment. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our ticketing provider. Your ticket is only valid once payment is complete.

3. Refunds and exchanges. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by the Consumer Guarantees Act or other law, or where the Event is cancelled (see clause 6). Tickets may not be resold above face value or for commercial gain without our written permission.

4. Your ticket. Each ticket admits one person for the session(s) it covers. Keep your ticket and its QR code safe; we may refuse entry on a duplicate or invalid ticket. Age limits and entry conditions (including any free-entry policy for children) are shown on the Event listing.

5. Entry and conduct. Entry is subject to venue conditions and our reasonable directions. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving unsafely, unlawfully, or in a way that spoils the Event for others, without refund. Some areas or activities may have age or health restrictions.

6. Changes, cancellation and force majeure. We may change the programme, line-up, timings or layout of an Event without notice. If an Event is cancelled in full, ticket holders will be refunded the face value of their ticket (excluding booking fees where permitted). If an Event is cancelled, postponed or disrupted by something outside our reasonable control (including natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, government restriction, or venue closure), our liability is limited to a refund of the face value where reasonably possible.

7. Health, safety and participation. Some events involve physical activity. Where an Event does, you take part at your own risk and should seek medical advice if you are unsure about participating. Follow all safety instructions from staff and the venue at any Event.

8. Photography and media. Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to your image being captured and used by us for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Privacy. We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with your ticket or an Event is limited to the price you paid for the ticket. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

11. General. These terms are governed by New Zealand law. If any dispute arises, the parties will try in good faith to resolve it be
